Shipping Location
All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (before taxes and after discounts).

Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.
We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages (In Transit)
If your package appears lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in opening a claim with the carrier.
Orders will be replaced or refunded once the carrier confirms the package is officially lost.
Stolen or Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend selecting secure delivery locations when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
